1. The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm. A quorum was noted. Officers and Guest were introduced.
2. September 8 Minutes were received and it was MSP to accept them as written.
HANDICAPPING
3. New Business: Reveiw of High Point Events: Arden Series and
Little Ensenada Race
Discussion on communication problems for both events

Second Readings:
A. Hunter 28.5 180/180 (area -12/-12) Request for rating review by: Mike Dore, skipper of DECOY, s/n 97661. RLC Rating review requested to adjust the RLC rating from -12 to -6 in Area G. Data submitted included summary of RLC races including 97 So Cal Champs racing @ 192 RLC. After review of race results data, a 1st Reading motion was made, seconded, and passed to adjust Hunter 28.5 RLC rating from 180 (-12) to 186 (-6) in Area G. MSP
Provisional Reading Reviews:
A. melges.com 46431, Initial rating was 39p/21p packet submitted included all current race results. MSP +3 on buoy. 42p/21p
Other Actions:
A. Miss Ali s/n 97036, replaced rod backstay with kevlar backstay. No action taken
B. O-Baby-O , s/n 32509 SOV 33 replaced rod backstay with technora backstay. No action taken
C. Arrakis 97691, Swan 40 , new headsail to 155%.
No aaction taken.
D. Reveiwed provisional rating list of San Diego Area boats for possible change to base bouy/RLC rating
E. Reviewed the statistic sheets on win percentages for 1st, 2nd, 3rd for possible guidlines to add to add to automatic rating review policy.

9. Regional Handicapper- Katy’s Choice to keep trophy
