MINUTES OF THE SAN DIEGO PHRF HANDICAPPING BOARD MEETING

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:08 pm. A quorum was noted. Officers and Guest were introduced.

2. February 9 Minutes were received and it was MSP to accept them as amended with Mike McGinty to be responsible for the Newsletter.

HANDICAPPING

3. New Business:

A. Reveiw of High 5, MSP toi take High 5 from provisional to base of 18/18.

B. Reveiw of Fanfare- Choy Lee 48 ketch. MSP to take provisional Randon Leg rating from 114 to 138.

C. Reveiw Windrunner, 46592, MSP to set rating at 93p/87p until more results are in.

D. Red Hornet, 46491, table rating reveiw until April 1998 meeting.

E. Budget submitted by Chris Guild and will be submitted each month with report.

4. Fleet Business:

A. Reveiw of the 1998 Cabrillo Series Race #2. Light Air

B. Discussed Hot Rum Series and how to bring it back to the PHRF from the Abritrary SDYC system. Mike Dore to present at the April 1998 Meeting.

C. No one to be allowed to race without the required equipment list. MSP

D. Midwinters reschedule possibilities:
